COMMENTATE AT
MANCHESTER UNITED
Have you ever fancied yourself as a football commentator? Alan March Sport (AMS) is looking for people to join the new speciality in-stadium access commentary service offered for all Manchester United Men’s and Women’s games at Old Trafford and Leigh Sports Village.
AMS runs commentary teams at 20 clubs nationwide, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Sunderland in the EPL. Our commentators have worked on the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euros, FIFA Women’s World Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and the London 2012 & Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
We are looking for applicants who fit the following requirements:

Be able to commit to a 75%+ of Manchester United Men's and Women's home games, including pre-season and domestic and European cup games.

Be able to occasionally carry a small amount of equipment (less than 10kg).

Be able to commute to the Old Trafford or Leigh Sports Village within 70 minutes of your permanent residence

Be available for an all-day training session on 29th August, 2026, between 9.15am and 5.30pm at Old Trafford.
You’ll receive full training on our specialist commentary service and assistance developing your current skills. If you’ve never picked up a mic before, we will identify your hidden talent by combining your love of football with your desire to do something different on matchdays!

The closing date for applications is 11.59pm, Saturday 15th August, but we reserve the right to close applications early should they be oversubscribed, so please get your application in as soon as possible!
Please note this is a voluntary position and you will not become an employee of Manchester United or Alan March Sport Ltd. All volunteers must be over the age of 16 on the date of the training day.
